Delivery
Items that are handmade to order there will be a turnaround of 2-3 weeks including delivery, unless stated otherwise (Pre-orders etc)
Items that are ready-made for stock will be posted within 3 days of purchase.
All orders are delivered via Royal mail,by first class with proof of postage. Any orders over £25 will be sent Royal Mail signed for.
International orders are currently unavailable.
Refunds
Unfortunately refunds cannot be made if an order is lost in the delivery process. If this happens please contact us to discuss, and for the relevant delivery information. Then follow the Royal mail 'Making a claim' application.
No refunds can be given if an incorrect address has been provided, please ensure your delivery details are correct when ordering.
Returns and Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 7 days of payments, unless the item(s) have been posted.
If an item is faulty upon receiving please use the contact us page on the website, within 30 days to discuss a refund or replacement.
